If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return & refund policy as outlined below:
Returns

You may place a return request through the "Your Orders" section on our website after delivery.

The return request must be placed within 7 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Return shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated to you when you initiate the return.
Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:

Items marked as "Final Sale"

Customized or personalized products
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:

Contact your bank or credit card company (there may be a processing delay).

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once the order is shipped, the cancellation is not possible, and the return policy will apply.
